Item Details

  • Before you purchase, examine the photos and descriptions thoroughly. Contact us if you would like to see additional, specific images or need further details of any items listed.

  • Antique, vintage, and used items will show normal signs of age and wear. In our descriptions and photos, we attempt to best display any notable damage. We have done our best to date and rehabilitate these items and have listed any repairs or changes we have made to each item in its description.

  • We do our best to create uniform products, but handmade items will vary slightly.

  • All items have been cleaned thoroughly (bottles sterilized with alcohol), dirt and rust removed wherever possible without damaging the item. All corks are new unless otherwise noted in the item description. To prevent damage, old and delicate fabrics (i.e.: silk, macramé) have been steamed and/or ironed), but they have not been water washed or dry cleaned.

  • Spell results are not guaranteed. By federal law Green Witch Vintage & Handmade must state that all spells are for entertainment purposes only.

Payments

  • We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express through Stripe. Payments can also be made with PayPal.

Shipping & Handling

  • Free US shipping with purchases of more than $100.

  • International shipping: Please contact us before ordering. Due to the complexity of customs, we send individual shipping quotes to customers.

  • With the exception of holidays, we ship on Tuesdays and Friday. If you have another urgent need before then, please contact us.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you within one business day of shipping.

  • We recycle packaging as much as possible, so you may receive some eccentric packing materials.

  • We do our best to keep pet hair away from our sets and kits, but we do—happily—own pets. Pet hair occasionally finds its way into boxes and packing material. If you are allergic to cats, please let us know so we can prepare your items for shipping accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package if has been damaged in shipping or you have cause for dissatisfaction.

  • Due to the unique nature of most of our stock we do not typically offer returns or exchanges on used or handmade items. If you have an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

  • In cases where a refund or exchange occurs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost Orders

  • We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. However, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to assist in locating your package. We will work with you to find a solution.

Terminology

  • "Antique"—More than 100 years old.

  • "Vintage"—More than 20 years old.

  • "Used"—Newer but previously owned—OR of an unverifiable age.

  • "New Old Stock"—Manufactured and stored for years but never sold/unused.

  • "New"—Recently manufactured and unused.

Gift Cards

  • Redeemable only for purchases from https://greenwitchvintage.com.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Expire 1 year from date of purchase.

  • May not be sold or transferred.
