SOLD - Art Nouveau Altar Set

You will receive:

• Offering Bowl—Vintage—Seymour Mann pewter bowl with flowers, leaves, and long-haired woman, 8.375" diameter at top, 1.75" tall. Dated 1953. No dents or dings Some age marks in finish, otherwise in very good condition.

• Candle Holder—Vintage—Wilton armetale RWP ivy leaf candle holder, 9" long and 5.25" wide at widest points. Bruce Fox design. Armetale looks like pewter but is an aluminum alloy. No mars or dings. New feet added to base for stability. Excellent condition.

• Athame—Vintage—Elias pewter letter opened in orchid design, 8" long. Some scuffs that are expected with age. Gorgeous piece. Very good condition.

• Chalice—Vintage—Farber Bros. amethyst art nouveau cordial glasses, 5.75" tall, 3.125" diameter at mouth. Beautiful Morgantown Glass inserts with cut chromed bases. Manufactured between 1915 and 1950. Excellent condition.

• Fan—Vintage—White celluloid fan with cutaways and tassel, 5" long, 8" wide when open. No marks, chips, or fraying of tassel. Manufactured between 1945 and 1952 in Occupied Japan. Excellent condition.

• Altar Cloth—Vintage—Hand-painted white silk scarf, 20.5" square (52cm). Marked 100% silk, beautiful purple flowers. No pulls or tears. Two small spots on one side. Very good condition.

• Cauldron—Vintage—Reed and Barton art nouveau pewter hexagonal teapot, 7" tall (including lid), 2.825" diameter at base. From widest points handle to spout is 6". Interior has been thoroughly scrubbed and is ready for use. Stamped "No 3768S" on base. Shows definite signs of use with some scratches and drip marks, but is still in very good condition.

• Pendulum—Vintage—Silvertone pendulum with tumbled amethyst and clear quartz point, 8.5" long. Chain may be silverplated but cannot confirm. Excellent condition.

• Pendulum Board—Handmade—Baltic birch pendulum board by Two Moons Craftworks, 6" diameter. Wood-burnt design of flowers and vines. New.

• Bottle—Vintage—Wheaton purple pear-style bottle, 5" tall, 2.75" by 1.375" at widest points. Dates from early 1970s. Has been cleaned and sterilized. New cork. Excellent condition.

• Spoon—Vintage—Purple crown-top (EPNS (electroplated nickel silver) spoon with purple jewel, 4.25" long. Bowl is 0.675" at widest point. Jewel is most likely glass, set in a thistle design. Shows signs of age, but in very good condition.

• Please remember—Because these are antique, vintage, and used items, they show some minor flaws and normal signs of wear. In our descriptions and photos, we attempt to best display any notable damage.

• We have done our best to date and rehabilitate these items and have listed any repairs or changes we have made to each item in its description.

• All items have been cleaned thoroughly (bottles sterilized with alcohol), dirt and rust removed wherever possible without damaging the item. All corks are new unless otherwise noted in the item description. To prevent damage, old and delicate fabrics (i.e.: silk, macrame) have been steamed and/or ironed), but they have not been water washed or dry cleaned.

• Free shipping with purchases of more than $50.

• We ship on Tuesdays and Friday. If you have an urgent need before then, please contact us.

• We recycle packaging as much as possible, so you may receive some eccentric packing material with your purchase.

• We do our best to keep pet hair away from our sets and kits, but we do—happily—own pets. Pet hair occasionally finds its way into boxes and packing material. If you are allergic to cats, please let us know so we can prepare your items for shipping accordingly.

• Bamboo boxes/risers and collapsible stand not included with purchase—for photography purposes only.

• Herbs are not intended for consumption.
